Hello I Must Be Going
“a believably worked-out, sympathetically presented study in thirtysomething uncertainty. ”~Slant Magazine
Aroview: Melanie Lynskey is excellent as a wounded young divorcee forced to move back in with her parents, in this serio-comic character study.
Although the film's attempts at offbeat comedy come across a little forced and conventionally 'indie', the majority of its narrative gives time and emotional weight to the protagonist's dilemma, with Lynskey providing both a tender and unsentimental edge through her deft performance.
