Aroview: Josh Radnor, star of top-draw sitcom HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER directs his second self-penned romantic comedy, himself playing a disillusioned 35-year-old who reluctantly returns to his alma mater, only to strike up a reinvigorating friendship with a bright student, sixteen years his junior.
Radnor's charming screen presence make it a highly watchable affair, though his portrait of leafy East Coast academia is nothing here we haven't seen before, and the safe sentimentality underscored here rather belies the progressive literature that his character professes to admire.

5 stars (Exceptional) This film is great. It has some monumental and fleeting nuggets of ideas that resonated right through me ~Catapillar
2 stars (Good Try) Another writer/director romantic screenplay. As usual, nothing of note happens. ~Tubbs
