Aroview: Jason Bateman plays a failed spelling bee competitor who uses a loophole to enter into a national spelling competition as an adult. Landing on the right side of mean-spirited, this black comedy of personal revenge, while not exactly subtle, is viciously funny in the tradition of men-behaving-badly movies.
