  3 stars (Good Enough) Creaky, but quite enjoyable. Pity we generally can't move away from cinema cliches. Perhaps the lead detective could have been a Trekka fan instead of of a Holden buff? Thus the series could have shifted towards a Rowan Atkinson approach... ~Sandy

  4 stars (Very Good) This series is great - a real kiwiana experience but also thoughtful and I love the 4 main characters - a nicely balanced cast who work well together. ~CAR
