4 stars (Very Good) Based on the John Le Carre novel. Extended meditation on the difficulty of addressing terrorism in the modern world. Low key and thoughtful multilayered script assumes at least some intelligence on part of the viewer. Overall, a quality German production. ~Anon
5 stars (Exceptional) A masterpiece! Very tense throughout, great characters brilliantly acted. Uncertainty keeps you on the edge of your couch. Intelligently deals with great issues of today. Incomplete without the excellent le Carre interview (extra). ~Sandy
3 stars (Good Enough) Based on a Le Carre novel it therefore needs concentration. Hoffman's accent was annoying and I don't see how this kind of falseness can be seen as a positive for anyone or anything. ~Tubbs
