Aroview: A sensuous, if overly-mannered comedy of manners from the director of I AM LOVE has the Sicilian vacation of a famous rock star and a filmmaker disrupted by the unexpected visit of a former boyfriend/record producer and his daughter.
A loose remake of "La Piscine"(1969), this is indeed a throwback to another era of film-making, with its idealised Euro-locale and punch-drunk bohemianism, where an unusually frisky, slightly insufferable Ralph Fiennes contrasts Swinton's muted siren suffering from laryngitis.

2 stars (Good Try) As is usual with films only involving hedonistic characters the characters become tiresome very quickly. However I will watch Tilda any time. ~Tubbs
