Aroview: A disturbing yet vivid captivity thriller set in the mundane suburbs of Perth in 1987 where a couple kidnap and terrorise a young woman.

While the period setting and commitment of the cast present a certain authenticity, this fictitious account is ultimately a genre stunt that strains to resonate beyond its nightmare 'what-if' scenario.

2 stars (Good Try) There was not enough in the material to justify a running time of 100+ minutes and it was certainly too long to maintain its suspense. ~Tubbs
