“A glowing tribute to The Beatles and their music, this is both a toe-tapping pleasure to watch and a smart, occasionally scathing look at how we get things wrong.”~Empire
Aroview: Another smash hit from writer Richard Curtis which, like ABOUT TIME, works a fantasy element into his patented brand of well-scrubbed English romantic comedy.
Himesh Patel plays a struggling musician, who, after an accident, finds himself the only person who remembers the Beatles and becomes famous after taking credit for their songs. Lily James plays his childhood friend and love interest and there's a nice cameo from pop superstar Ed Sheeran. What's not to like?

2 stars (Good Try) The screenplay is a bit uneven, but there is compensation in the plot idea which is very good. The characters are hard to dislike and the music shows promise and might catch on. ~Tubbs
