Aroview: Based on the frightening true story of Delia Palmer, a nurse who began a relationship with an initially charming man who quickly became violent and abusive. Also details the failings of the police force and justice system, who did not take Palmer seriously until it became apparent that the man had murdered other women - at which point her testimony became essential to the case against him.

Harrowing but praised for its handling of the subject, and for Anna Maxwell Martin's portrayal of an unconventional protagonist. Rather than being a virtuous shrinking violet, Palmer is spiky and irritable throughout, which makes her harder to reach when she needs help.
