L'Avventura
Aroview: The quintessential Euro-arthouse film of the 60s - a rambling yet elegant voyage through the sterile lives of the bourgeiousie, following a woman's mysterious disappearance. The powerful mood of alienation this captures is still affecting.

3 stars (Good Enough) The screenplay takes its time, and although the characters are a waste of time, the saving grace is the high standard of the camera work in particular some stunning panoramic shots. ~Tubbs
