Legend of 1900, The
Aroview: A beautiful and completely impossible tale about a musician (Tim Roth) whose life is defined by the luxury ocean liner on which he has grown up – and the ship piano which is his spiritual home. Italian Giuseppe Tornatore’s best films (like CINEMA PARADISO) have been devoted to the moments where life has the beauty of cinema, and his latest is no exception. Sure, cynics might get sea sick, but others will find it a simple yet far from simple-minded fable of magic, music, and the endless strangeness of humans. In English.

3 stars (Good Enough) Although the screenplay doesn't run smoothly at times, maybe because it is shorter than the original version, it is nevertheless an interesting story performed by an interesting cast. ~Tubbs
