Aroview: A LOCK STOCK knock-off by 'im-who-knows-best: the director himself, Guy Ritchie. Like its predecessor, this cockney crime-story has speed, stylistic savvy and Vinnie Jones to again provide the 'scary-thug' factor. Dennis Farina, Brad Pitt, Benecio Del Toro, Rade Serbedzija and Jason Statham fill out the menagerie of larger-than-life characters inhabiting a twisty-turny plot that's vaguely about a diamond heist gone wrong, but more to do with having as fun a ride as possible.

4 stars (Very Good) Noticeable was the fair amount of screen time given to each character. Alan Ford steals it as Brick Top - which takes some doing among this wonderful array of characters blessed with a rich script. "Making Of" reveals the camaraderie of cast/crew. ~Tubbs
