Aroview: Thora Birch (AMERICAN BEAUTY) delivers a convincing English accent for this Brit variation of Teenage Gothic, emerging as the only survivor of a bunch of friends who get trapped down a long-abandoned shaft. Loyalty and insecurities are played with in different versions of the ‘truth’, but the attempt to manipulate expectations also risks patience. The title might refer to parts of the plot but those with high school fixations will happily ignore the sign that says ‘enter at your own risk’.
