Aroview: Smalltime Scottish crooner Ian Hart has a thing about Frank Sinatra and like his idol flirts a little too closely with the criminal element. This light-hearted thriller has its darker side – Brian Cox’s convincing ex-Las Vegas gangster – but mostly knocks out a strictly feelgood tune.
