Aroview: A gentle, affecting road trip into mutual nostalgia among a group of Cockney mates, gathered to scatter the ashes of recently deceased friend Michael Caine.

Assembling a crack cast of British thespians, this skilfully contrasts its tone of ‘going out laughing’ with Helen Mirren’s not-so-happy widow and some telling flashbacks. Perhaps a little too predictable in revealing its sentimental heart, this still remains a treat for those disposed to the charms of a vintage English ensemble.
