Under the Sand
Aroview: Charlotte Rampling enters a twilit zone of denial following her husband’s disappearance into the sea on a beach holiday, and mysterious ‘re-appearance’ back at their Parisian apartment.
Minimalist style allows a certain eerie-ness and emptiness to accumulate around this chilly tale on the delusions of grief.

3 stars (Good Enough) A haunting portrayal of a woman's struggle to come to terms with the disappearance of her husband while vacationing at the beach, which really takes grief to another level. Simple, tender, and quite clever. ~GenXGirl
