Aroview: After a rush hour fender-bender between lawyer Ben Affleck and insurance agent Samuel L Jackson, a tit for tat game of ‘get even’ for high stakes is begun in the streets of NYC.

Ambitiously conceived by co-writer Michael Tolkien (THE PLAYER), this steadily moves past the simple revenge formula, with some soul searching drama and a religious allegory that gradually opens up (events take place over Easter weekend). Though it perhaps fumbles a few plotlines on the way, its worth making a detour for.
