Someone to Love
Aroview: Typically loose and naturalistic drama from independent stalwart Henry Jaglom, who pretty much plays himself – a jaded divorcee filmmaker in search of answers about love and relationships, who throws a Valentine’s Day party and invites his guests to open up for his camera.
A mixed bag of the familiar, the indulgent and the worthwhile, this saves its best till last with Orson Welles (in his last screen appearance) offering up his wellspring of experience on the likes of film, feminism and marriage.
