Identity
Aroview: File this teasing, shamelessly manipulative thriller under “guilty pleasure” for its gimmick premise can either be enjoyed as a cheeky revelation or a sure sign of Hollywood bankruptcy.
At face value we’ve seen it all before – a bunch of strangers holed up in a remote motel on a stormy night without communication and a psycho-killer in or out of their midst. But as the coincidences start to mount, the clichés are not necessarily as they seem, though its twist into fresher territory is best swallowed with unconditional love of the genre and a healthy sense of humour.
Scripted by the writer of the cult “killer snowman” flick, JACK FROST.
