Aroview: Michael Caine plays an ex-Nazi collaborator who has remained beyond the law for fifty years in post-WW2 France thanks to the Roman Catholic Church, until a particularly tenacious pair of investigators begin to close in.

Compelling and worthy premise aside, this does suffer from rather impersonal execution though may satisfy those with a penchant for Nazi thrills.
