Aroview: Three modernday 'city slickers' enthuse over a treasure-seeking canoe trip to Oregon, before falling comic victims to the flora, fauna, hairy yokels and own incompetence.

Splashing through Adam Sandler-territory with a certain amount of luck, this finally sinks under a succession of gormless episodes and 'gags'. None the better for being filmed in the rather incongruous New Zealand bush.

2 stars (Good Try) More silly than funny. It is interesting that the screenplay can still find a role for automatic weapons as part of its entertainment props. ~Tubbs
