Wacky Races (TV Series)

Aroview: Hanna-Barbera cartoon saga of a madcap cross-country car race in which villain Dick Dastardly (and his canine sidekick, Mutley) schemed to win victory away from the likes of Penelope Pitstop, The Ant Hill Mob, Red Max, Peter Perfect and The Gruesome Twosome.

Derived from the live-action feature "The Great Race", this fun series made the most of its gimmick while marking the beginning of a new, more irreverent direction for the creators of such hits as "The Flintstones" and "Huckleberry Hound".
