Aroview: The 'tweenie' star of SPY KIDS, Alexa Vega, ventures into more conventional mission with this slightly tweaked high-school comedy in which competing student cliques engage in a 'overnight treasure hunt' to decide romantic outcomes, status and the best lunchtable spots.
Although the soundtrack and setting have an aura of the dismal 1990s of The Spice Girls, the diluted scenario is pepped-up by Vega's comic talents and a few genuinely witty moments.
