Razorback (1983): Gorgeous cinematography, genuinely scary pig and sinister outback drongos. This is a much better giant pig film than I expected.
Swimmer, The (1968): The Swimmer appears to tell a shallow story, but slowly deepens into a subtle character exploration. While Lancaster's character swims cheerfully away from the truth, we learn how troubled waters really lie from the ripples in his wake. A very good film.
