Boarding Gate (2007)
There are two scenes early in the screenplay involving Madsen and Argento chewing the fat that take up more time than they needed to. The action scenes were okay but were nothing out of the ordinary. Watchable but forgettable.
In a Lonely Place (1950)
Seventy years on, as a drama it is a little bit dated, but those segments relating to the picture making business should endure.
Time for Drunken Horses, A (2001)
If I could use the label "Reality Fiction" I feel it would be pretty close to describing this drama.
How to Train Your Dragon (2010)
The characters are well–drawn and the screenplay is humorous.
Long Shot (2019)
The script was dreadful, and rating it as a comedy script – it was even worse.
Apollo 18 (2011)
As an example of the found footage sub–genre it is well done, but to carry through the charade that the mission existed, there shouldn't be actor credits for the astronauts.
Pink Panther 2, The (2009)
There are some good Detective Clouseau moments and the supporting cast is particularly strong.
Woman on the Run (1950)
It has a good screenplay with snappy dialogue especially when Ann Sheridan and Robert Keith are sparring. The location shots of the city streets are outstanding.
Welcome to Collinwood (2002)
The excellent cast derives enough good moments from the uneven and familiar screenplay to make it worthwhile.
Ninth Gate, The (2000)
A fine director and cast and there is nothing wrong with the plot idea but for some reason, it failed to hold the attention.
