Domicile Conjugal (Bed and Board) (1970): It is undemanding viewing of characters who are just about believable and therein lies the attraction.
Blue Lagoon, The (1980): Even though there are some beautiful island locations to admire there is not enough in the screenplay to warrant the running time.
Swimming With Men (2018): It doesn't quite work as the comedy is a bit forced. With the cast it has it should have done much better.
Penguins of Madagascar (2014): Its not top of the range but our heroes are likeable and you won't have time to dislike it as it doesn't stop for breath.
Kindergarten Teacher, The (2018): Although Maggie's performance makes it worth watching the screenplay is a bit too predictable.; DVD $29.95
Card Player, The (Cartaio, Il) (2003): The screenplay is over–familiar at times but there are some graphic horror segments that are not.
Gringo (2018): I think the director started out making a drama, got bored and inserted some comedy scenes afterward.
Point, The (1971): Everything is simply done and in that lies its strength. It should appeal to all age groups.
Italian Job, The (1968): It is entertainment plus through some excellent stunt work and editing and a very interesting cast of character actors.
Etre et Avoir (To Be and to Have) (2002): The camera work over the four seasons and the shots of the children's faces are edited to just the right length and are intimate without being intrusive.
