A very well produced documentary with adequate time being devoted to both Strummer and to the band. It contains plenty of interviews and archival film.
There is a smooth performance transition between the three Janet's. Alexia Keogh has my soft spot & the early scenes are the best. Kerry shows her range in coping with the bulk of the screenplay which has its odd lull in particular the Spanish segment.
Although the screenplay gradually falls away there is some fine location shooting and splendid performances from Andrea Riseborough with great support from veterans Helen Mirren, John Hurt, and Phil Davis.
