Shadows (1959): It needs a bit of patience but his directing style grows on you.Some wonderful street scenes and the whole project should be preserved as a time capsule.
Mask You Live In, The (2015): It is well presented and is a more than worthy subject for a documentary. It is supported by some very worrying statistics.
Zootopia (2016): The animal characters are very well designed and animated.
Suicide Squad (2016): The plot of exchanging prison sentences for services rendered to the Government has been thrashed to death but it tries to vary the theme through the extensive use of special effects which helps a little.
Indignation (2016): The lead character spends half the film in bed – however the period set designs are well done.
Intolerable Cruelty (2003): The first segment was okay with Geoffrey Rush but then thats his lot. Billy Bob adds some interest but the whole thing crumples under the weight of the two piece suits and the make–up.
Sunset Limited, The (2011): Its important that some stage plays are captured on film. This one is a good choice.
Serious Charge (1959): It is a modest drama and a bit too long for its contents but its always good to see a bit of the 50's on film.
Neil Young - Journeys (2011): I enjoyed the music far more than the reminiscences.
Margaret Thatcher - The Long Walk to Finchley (2008): Considering the subject matter it is not too bad.
