Pretty Poison (1968): Typecast Perkins and fresh faced Tuesday make great opposites.A fine script.
Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986): Well casted with a simple but effective plot.The film belongs to Jeffery Jones whose character makes or breaks the film. He has developed his own comedic character and lifts this film a notch.
Wild, The (2006): Enjoyable animation – good choice of animals.
Inbetweeners 2, The (2014): No noticeable improvement on the first film. There is an art to being grubby.
High Fidelity (2000): There is no plot which doesn't help the paper thin characters.I felt sorry for the female actors. Black is annoying in this one.
Ice Princess (2005): Harmless viewing – highlight is the skating segment by the nippers.
Murder Party (2007): A cheapie but at least it doesn't overstay its welcome. You will see a lot worse.
Crime Busters (1977): The mayhem starts within the first 5 mins. Had an opportunity to finish within 90 mins but goes on for another 20 mins.
Freaky Friday (1977): Mum and daughter put in appealing performances and there are some genuine comedic moments from the supporting cast.
Leroy and Stitch (2006): Simple animation but it does its job – some good characters.
