Saddle Club, The (TV Series) (2001-2003): "Storm" – Routine story accompanied by the normal dramas whatever they are.
Wuthering Heights (TV Mini-series) (2009): Solid. You can't really go wrong with this story – just add a few props and costumes.
Monster in a Box (1991): Monologue supreme.
Rapture, The (1991): My preference was for it to finish earlier after the climax in the desert – whilst what followed was good and different I don't think it helped the message it was trying to portray. Recommended viewing.
Transcendence (2014): A good sci–fi scenario not ruined by gun action.Got more out of this film after seeing it a second time.
Megamind (2010): Uneven but worth a watch.
Last Station, The (2009): Although the editing was noticeable at times the script is strong, the plot interesting,and the props/locations are great – but above all there is a top actress at the top of her form.
Tasting Menu (2013): Another cooking film with usual dramas of getting the grub to the table on time.As with a number of other cooking films there is a problem in making the characters interesting.
Black Beauty (1994): Not sure how this stands up to other versions but this has excellent production values and cast.
Fly Away Home (1996): You couldn't dislike this story if you tried.
