Carrie 2: The Rage (1999): Okay, but it is nothing to get excited over.
Love and Death (1975): Quite well done.
Trust the Man (2006): There is some talent in the casting but little in the writing.
Over the Top (1987): Soppy.
Neverwhere (Mini-series) (1996): Although the last 3 episodes are not as good as the first 3 it is recommended viewing.
Malice (1993): The writing is pretty good but you really do not care what happens to the characters – they deserve each other.
Le Trou (The Hole; The Night Watch) (1960): Two hours with a small number of characters and in a limited space. Terrific filmmaking.
Solaris (1972): The pacing of the scenes in the space station was a challenge but the interest of the basic storyline saved the day.
Ford v Ferrari (Le Mans '66) (2019): It is over long but it is well produced.
Alexander the Great (1956): I don't believe he was that great, based on other readings, more of a guy with personal issues. However, this does have a cast worthy of attention.
