F.T.W. (Last Ride, The) (1994): Mickey mumbles his way through another one.
Very Long Engagement, A (Long dimanche de fiançailles, Un) (2004): The storytelling takes its time but the art and design work are excellent.
Hunting Elephants (2013): Not too bad – rates reasonably well against other films about amateurs carrying out a heist.
Big (1988): It isn't ageing too well.
Weight of Water, The (2000): Nothing wrong with the casting but even a storm at sea couldn't lift the lethargy.
Little Richard: I Am Everything (2023): I like his attitude to those that used his material and made themselves rich.; DVD $34.95
Tadpole (2002): A very light plot idea hardly seems worthwhile to film. Sigourney looks a bit embarrassed.
Quartet (1949): The strength of the writing is bettered only by the quality of the casting.
Rollerball (1975): The general screenplay has dated a bit but the Rollerball scenes still have an effect.
Message, The (Al-risalah Aka Mohammad, Messenger Of God) (1977): The action sequences are okay and not overdone but the total running time could be a challenge for a general viewing audience.
