Top of the Lake (TV Series) (2013): Not as good as I thought it would be. Kind of dragged on with various subplots but then when the perpetrator is revealed it is almost a non–event and the story quickly wraps up.; DVD $39.95
True Detective - Season 2 (TV Series) (2015): I'm not sure why this got panned by the critics as I loved it. Sure, its not season 1 but when viewed as a stand–alone story I found it just as engrossing with superb performances from the main cast.
