Mrs. Brown's Boys D'MovieMrs. Brown's Boys D'Movie (2014)
2 stars (Good Try) The successful quickfire TV format show doesn't fit a much longer type film. It seemed flat and dragged out.
Da Vinci Code, TheDa Vinci Code, The (2006)
3 stars (Good Enough) Good film ruined by the machine–gun speed speech. If I hadn't read the book first I couldn't have followed the story from the rapid–run–together–gabble–words–in–staccato–bursts. The lead French woman's speech was 95% incomprehensible because of this.
Keeping MumKeeping Mum (2005)Recommended
4 stars (Very Good) Great relationship between Rowan Atkinson and Maggie Smith, all in the classic understated British style of humour.rnDefinitely one to watch yet again on a wet weekend.rnVery well presented, solid.rnNo flashy gimmicks required, just crafted talent!
Futtocks EndFuttocks End (1969)
4 stars (Very Good) A classic Ronnie Barker of off the wall \"gifted lunacy\".rnNo dialog as such, but the grunts and mumbles along with the body language convey the intentions well.rnEnjoyable nonsense from a gentler age.
