Aroview: Promising romantic farce about a unassuming temp (Lopez) who finally finds the man of her dreams in the form of handsome doctor, only discovering he comes with a deliriously jealous mother attached.

After a 15 year absence from the screen, Jane Fonda overacts to bits in the titular role, as a made-reduntant TV presenter which a massive chip on her shoulder. Nursing this, she enacts various satisfying pranks on her prospective daughter-in-law and despite the cream-pie-in-face obviousness of it all, the results are entertaining, trashy fun.
