Aroview: Legendary 1970s video nasty in which a feminist writer (Keaton) holidaying in the countryside is menaced and repeatedly raped by four locals, whom she goes on to hunt down, torture and dispatch in various gruesome ways.

Viciously violent, this remains a disturbing and rather artless experience though has enough ambiguity of motive to remain a semi-serious statement. Was banned for many years in various parts of the globe, this version is slightly cut from the original 100 minute running time.
