Aroview: Tepid high-school flick set around a group of rich New York kids who set out to destroy the 'new girl', only to discover she won't take their abuse lying down.

Less concerned with tackling real 'issues' and instead focusing solely on the complicated rituals (American) teenagers must undergo in order to be accepted, this stays fluffy with an absence of satire. Nonetheless, many teens will still enjoy the film, if only because the bizarre culture is so recognisable.
