Franklyn
Aroview: Ambitious sci-fi juggles two parallel narratives; the first set in a dystopian society where atheism is outlawed and the second set in present day London where an artist begins a project on suicide. A little too lofty for its own good, the time jumps, double casting and loopy script will leave you scratching your head - or clobbering it with frustration. Visually beautiful, however, and with age may be destined for the cult shelf.
