Aro Favourite Pink Floyd - The Wall

UK 1982, 99 minutes
Dir. Alan Parker
Rating: [M] contains violence, offensive language and sex scenes
Genres: Music / Fantasy, Pop/Rock, Musical

Aroview: Based on Roger Waters' personal vision that was the mega-selling Pink Floyd album of 1980, this feature brings the concept of a rock star's mental disintegration (inspired by former Floyd mainman Syd Barrett) to startling realisation. In spite of Waters' public reservations about the final product, this remains a majestically effective and unsettling audio-visual experience.
