Average rating (Very Good). Showing 1-3 of 3 member reviews.
4 stars (Very Good) NZ's most distinguished & internationally recognised author, Janet Frame's life is immortalised in this remarkable account of a destitute childhood and onto years of treatment for misdiagnosed schizophrenia. An absolutely spellbinding performance. ~GenXGirl
5 stars (Exceptional) ~JohnSpecialK
3 stars (Good Enough) There is a smooth performance transition between the three Janet's. Alexia Keogh has my soft spot & the early scenes are the best. Kerry shows her range in coping with the bulk of the screenplay which has its odd lull in particular the Spanish segment. ~Tubbs
