Never Look Away
“A cohesively integrated collage of many genres (history, war, crime, medical drama with romance and spectacle), is also a feast of fine acting and magnificent visuals.”~Film Journal International
Aroview: The director of THE LIVES OF OTHERS helms this drama spanning three eras of German history to tell the story of an artist who survives the Nazi regime as a child, then falls in love with his student, unaware of a past crime that links them.

5 stars (Exceptional) Very intelligent film on totalitarian art - Nazi & Stalinist. Based in Dresden. Well-acted, convincing & gruelling. Outstanding structure, history & vision on the nature of creativity. A fascinating story. ~Sandy
2 stars (Good Try) There is plenty of time to admire the excellent production values but there is not a great deal else to justify the running time. The screenplay easily gets distracted and it was like watching a mini-series where padding is inserted to extend things. ~Tubbs
