Little expense is spared on the Jules Verne-inspired gadgetry as government gunslinger Will Smith and side-kick master-of-disguises Kevin Kline protect the unity of the States against mad redneck Kenneth Branagh (in full-blown pantomime mode). Salma Hayek fills out the cast.

3 stars (Good Enough) This is not quite Men in Black, but Smith is still funny and slick in his role as Captain James West, Hayek is hot, and there are some interesting sci-fi/tech elements added in to the old western world. ~Tom H
