Aroview: Fashion designer Reese Witherspoon travels from a classy New York existence and engagement to the mayor’s son, back to her hometown in the South in order to snip off some conjugal loose ends.

Essentially candy floss, this sweetly spins out a scenario with plenty of hooks – will she/won’t she go back to her old husband? - old jokes and a genial array of stereotyped side characters. A fun diversion.
