Aroview: A supernaturally-tinged drama in which psychiatrist Guy Pearce returns his hometown and the spectres of a doomed teenage romance.
Mourning the death of his father he encounters an attractive amnesiac (Bonham Carter) who seems, perhaps, an echo from the past. Awash with moody romanticism, this manages to stretch its slender story using clever intercutting, succeeding most however with its accomplished sense of atmosphere.
