Secret Life of Pets, The (2016): Push the kids out of the way and enjoy.
Dressmaker, The (2015): The period detail is well done – the screenplay is good but doesn't quite last the distance & we didn't need Hemsworth's character. Kate and Hugo are in top form but Judy Davis slays them all.
Westway to the World - The Clash (2001)
Duel, The (2016): The only highlight is Harrelson doing a Brando impression.
Flash Of Genius (2008): The screenplay and Kinnear's performance are sincere but as a dramatisation its a bit overlong and flat so they may as well have made a documentary instead.
Independence Day 2: Resurgence (2016): Whilst the special effects are good they are nothing special in relation to many other films dished up today.
Loch Ness (1996): It has the inevitable romantic sub plot which drags it out but there are some great shooting locations and a fine supporting cast.
Last Flight of Noah's Ark, The (1980): It has some very good segments but it suffers from a whining boy kid – why they didn't drop him out of the plane early in the film when they had a chance is a mystery.
Aliens in the Attic (2009)
My Sister's Keeper (2009): It is a very thin screenplay that relies on touching people's emotions through a sick kid – as such it is lazy film making.
