Cheetah Girls 2 (2006): The dancing is okay in this one even though the girls have got plumper since the original.
Straight Time (1978): The strong support cast steal the show – a young Harry Dean and a young Theresa in particular.
Tender Mercies (1982): Solid direction and a very good performance from the lead.
Nevada Smith (1966): Slow moving – very solid support cast – the location shooting helps.
Pocahontas 2 - Journey to a New World (1999): Serviceable animation.
Death Ship (1980): The set designs are very good – the premise has some originality and surprisingly for a horror movie some suspense.
Lion King 2: Simba's Pride (1998): Whilst the animation is not outstanding its effective in telling the story – the animal characters are very good.
Troy (2004): Pitt spends half the film in,yes the pit.Brian Cox makes a compulsory performance.The first twenty three battle scenes are okay but after that they fail to maintain the attention.
Ocean's Twelve (Ocean's 12) (2004): The stars fall over each other for screen time – Elliot Gould pops in from time to time to add interest – the plot is a well worn track.
Observe and Report (2009): Couldn't understand why Rogen's character had to be foul mouthed when the material he had to work with was good enough without it. The supporting characters were admirable with Faris scene stealing.
