First Deadly Sin, The (1980): Solid enough with a reasonable amount of suspense.
CB4 (1992): It tries hard but doesn't quite come off.
Parents (1989): Different – good work all round.
House of Whipcord (1974): A bit different.
Guilty As Charged (1992): It would be doubtful if the religious right have the necessary sense of humour to appreciate this.
Blind Side (1993): Good cast – worthy viewing.
Congo (1995): The strangest casting is that of Laura Linney – she has a leading role.
Get Smart (2008): Some good parts – not the worst unnecessary remake around.
Maze Runner, The (2014): I have mixed feelings about this film. The kids didn't do anything for me – in their Lord of the Flies roles – but the sci – fi segments are well worth a look.
Adjustment Bureau, The (2011): Uneven but the sci – fi segments are worth watching.
