Jedda (1955): Gorgeous locations – the first colour movie made in Australia(IMDB) – Ngarla doesn't say much but then she doesn't have to – her expression says it all. AKA "Jedda the Uncivilized".
Take, The (TV Mini-series) (2009): The violence soon becomes boring and meaningless.
Blackbeard's Ghost (1968): Its a Peter Ustinov film.
Chef (2014): Not just another cooking film but one with a kid in it.
Librarians, The (TV Series) (2007): Series 1: Treads the well worn path of office relationships – the comedy is a bit juvenile at times.
Calvin Marshall (2009): Watchable but Steve Zahn for once a little bit annoying at times.; DVD $29.95
Minister, The (2011): Top notch performance from Olivier Gourmet.; DVD $29.95
Enemy of the State (1998): We needed more of Hackman and much less of Smith and the yapping dog.
Tuck Everlasting (2002): Good story – the photography is easy on the eye.
Primer (2004): I've given it the benefit of the doubt – had trouble picking up the dialogue – no hard of hearing on my DVD – which added to the complexity.
