City of Lost Children
Aroview: Visual wonderstuff from the unique genius pairing of the creators of DELICATESSEN, this is as good a follow up as one could wish for.
While missing some clarity in storytelling, this dystopian fantasy is otherwise a dream project, with itself reaching corners of the imagination usually reserved for the pure sub-conscious. C'est fantastique!

3 stars (Good Enough) Visually wonderful, and drawing on many of the same ideas as Delicatessen, though somewhat overdone and lacking in direction. ~Tom H

4 stars (Very Good) I love this movie, but I would understand if it was accused of being too precious and plotless. The visual aesthetic and circus character-filled universe are worth it to me, and I think the movie is flawlessly cast. ~Pop&Coffee
