Aroview: Lumpen remake of the classy 60s chiller, with Lili Taylor, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Owen Wilson and psychologist Liam Neeson as the cardboard quartet who get bumped in the night at plush Hill House while undergoing insomnia therapy. Scant chemistry, flubbed shocks and overblown effects bring unfortunate fresh meaning to the term 'door-slamming farce'.
